I’ve been a patient of Dr. Burch’s for about four years, and unfortunately, I wasn’t blessed with real healthy teeth despite following all the directions. And so I have quite a number of crowns, and I’ve had to do some fairly extensive dental work at the front upper teeth. And they put four crowns in, and they did a perfect match. And I’ve been really, really happy with the outcome.
I had fillings in those upper four teeth to begin with in the back from when I was a child, and they were just old fillings. And it was time for them to be replaced. So on Dr. Burch’s recommendation, we went ahead and put crowns on them because it just made the teeth stronger and healthier.
You couldn’t really tell it before because the fillings were in the back of my teeth. So cosmetically, there wasn’t a huge difference. But with a crown, it’s important, especially with them being in the front of the mouth, that they’re able to match the color well. So they sent me to the lab that they recommend, and based on their evaluation of the current color of my remaining teeth, they were able to do it just like a perfect match. I mean, you can’t even tell by looking at them that they’re crowns.
Dr. Burch’s bedside manner – I have never met a dentist that is more calm and reassuring, and he’s able to translate that to his patients. I don’t think anybody likes going to the dentist, and he just has a real good way of putting you at ease and making you feel comfortable.
Every time I come, everybody in the office is super kind. They take the time to know you and your family. So my kids … both of my kids and myself come here, and every time I come in, they follow up on what we’ve been doing and where we’ve been going. And you just can genuinely tell that they care.
